Do you enter the same transaction every month in QuickBooks?
You can eliminate the repetitive entry. QuickBooks has the capability to memorize recurring transactions (invoices, bills, checks, etc.) and set them for automatic posting daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually.
To memorize your transaction:
1) In any transaction, click EDIT –> Memorize Transaction
2) Name it then define reminders and occurrence.
3) To list your memorized transactions: List –> Memorized Transaction List
