We continuously invest in a library (Kindle and paper), external training, industry certifications, local seminars and international conferences. We are encouraged to have at least one quarterly educational goal and these are supported in whatever ways possible to ensure success. Strong Sense of Ownership
|Our company-wide “Porpoise Incentive Program” (“PIP”) provides between 5% and 30% of our compensation. This variable bonus system is based on company profitability. When the company does well, we are likewise rewarded handsomely – well above industry norms. This mindset is supported with regular “Building Business Gurus” sessions at company meetings so all employees learn the fundamentals of business success and know how they can specifically change their own contribution.
