Windows 8 brings with it a whole slew of performance improvements, but it can take a while to figure out where things are, and sometimes the “new way” of finding things can seem a bit cumbersome.  Thankfully for keyboard fans, there are more keyboard shortcuts in Windows 8 than ever:
