I started my career back in 2004 with following a 2-year Information Technology diploma from Vancouver Island University in Nanaimo, BC. I have had a wide variety of different IT roles in the last decade. These ranged from help desk to onsite support technicians. I enjoy working with a wide variety of technology. I always am willing to learn new things, and experience new adventures! Today, at Smart Dolphins, I am with the service desk and get the opportunity to work with all our allies.
