In the late 80s looking to move back to the Island with my young family, I found work with a local IT company as a Sales Manager. This was a technical repair shop that wanted to move into sales and away from just repairs, which made it a good fit with my years of experience in sales and marketing. Over the next 4 years, the focus changed to mostly sales at which point I took over ownership. The next 23 years were spent following market changes and trends in the IT business in the Victoria area, with the last 10 years focusing only on supporting the IT needs for small businesses. In early 2016, my company merged with Smart Dolphins.
Over the last year, I have spent most of my time learning about the Managed IT Service model, with my primary function being on-boarding new Allies.
