Service Desk

I have been interested in computers since I was 10 years old. I started my career in IT as a Network Administrator for a private school in Duncan. My wife and I moved to Victoria in 2010 and I started a job in a call center doing help desk support. I started with Smart Dolphins in 2012 doing Centralized Services. I have since moved to our Service Desk where I enjoy interacting with our Allies and finding solutions to a variety of technical issues.
