Support Team Engineer

My interest in computers started when I got an Apple for Christmas when I was in grade 10. Then, at one of my first jobs after college, the entire IT department quit and my employer asked me if I wanted to work in IT. I volunteered immediately! I enrolled in evening classes and worked towards my MCSE certification. My IT career continued to evolve over the years. I’ve supported small businesses and a large school district doing desktop support and server installations. Currently, at Smart Dolphins I work on the Support Team; assisting our clients’ with all their computer needs and providing them with top-notch customer service. In my spare-time, I enjoy learning about new types of technology, challenging trivia games, and trips with my wife and kids to sub-tropical destinations.
