My favourite part of this role is helping people. Whether I’m untangling a tricky ticket, keeping you in the loop on what’s happening behind the scenes, or just making sure nothing falls through the cracks, I genuinely love being the person who makes things feel a little less chaotic.

I’m a firm believer that good communication and a solid process can fix almost anything.

When I’m not at my desk, you’ll find me writing fantasy novels, playing fantasy games, or otherwise attempting to sidestep reality.
