I work closely with Smart Dolphins’ clients, to get them out of the IT mediocrity spiral, through proactive management and onsite support. I know how to assess, proactively manage and protect office networks and systems from threats, I believe in preventing issues before they occur, and doing things right the first time.

I have worked for 20 years in the IT industry in numerous facets from local ISP, PC repair, support, and for a large service provider in an infrastructure support and troubleshooting role. I am trained on Windows servers and workstations, medium size networks, and extensive training in ISP Infrastructure support; I am currently working on certifications to support my background in a more official manner.
