Hey there! I’m Jordan and I’m part of the support team here at Smart Dolphins. I come from a computer science background and enjoy applying what I’ve learned to real world IT challenges. Before joining Smart Dolphins, I worked in logistics and customer service roles, which helped shape my people first approach to technology. I value empathy and believe good IT support should feel approachable and supportive, especially when things aren’t going as planned. I enjoy working closely with teammates and clients to find practical, thoughtful solutions. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me playing pickleball or sampling coffee shops around the city.
