Jasmin Wrage

Originally from Germany, I made Canada my home in 2024 after completing my bachelor’s degree and joined Smart Dolphins in October of that year. While the IT world is new to me, I’ve always been connected to it through my brother, whose skills and passion for technology inspired me to dive into this field. I’m eager to keep learning and growing while helping our clients succeed. 

As the Client Success Coordinator, I’m here to make our clients’ experience as easy and positive as possible. I’m the person they can turn to for anything outside of technical support—whether it’s a quick question, coordinating a project, or making sure the right people are involved at the right time. My goal is to keep things organized, clear, and moving forward so clients can focus on what they do best.

Outside of work, I love to bake—and I make sure the team enjoys a regular supply of homemade cakes!
