David was great. Efficient and speedy while entertaining and friendly at the same time.

The setup was done efficiently. Matthew made sure that the new/second monitor is working and provided feedback on using it.

Chad took extra initiative to describe the process used to resolve my ticket by sending me a video screen capture of the steps taken.
