Services are delivered either on site, in the shop or remotely
across the Internet - depending on the preference of the client
and the nature of the service. Our remote assistance service is
growing in popularity as it allows us to quickly connect to a client's
computer over the internet. Once connected, we can fix many problems
and provide training over the phone. There is no minimum charge
for remote assistance and we will do the all the setup required
at no charge to the client.
