Uniglobe Pacific Travel is our longest running client and we have developed a great, mutually beneficial relationship. We skillfully assisted all eight of Uniglobe’s offices through some major technology upgrades and they have grown to be a leader in their industry. We have continued to maintain their systems and have looked for new ways to use technology to support and grow their business. There are very few parts of Uniglobe’s business with which we haven’t assisted. Everything from solidifying their network system, assisting with their website and brochure development, training and arguably the largest project: development of a large, comprehensive marketing database. We host this centralized database, that uses a web (Internet) based user interface. The application tracks information like the source of the inquiries (where did the customer hear of Uniglobe), the destinations of interest of those inquiring, client’s past destinations traveled, the contact information and the contact’s personal characteristics and interests. The reporting that is possible greatly enhances Uniglobe’s many marketing programs.
Big Brothers & Sisters of Victoria Big Brothers has been wonderful to work with. As we do with all charity organizations, we have given them service at a reduced rate and have worked within their very limited budget to deliver them solid systems. Big Brothers has purchased new equipment as their budget has allowed it. They have also taken great advantage of our maintenance packages and have greatly reduced the number of technical problems.
Tele Connex is a very successful local company that helps people
get their phone reconnected after being disconnected by the phone
company. We like to think that their success has been attributable
in part to the success of the many very involved solutions that
we have delivered. With the foundation established, we then built a payment recording database system. The complex system was developed based on Microsoft Access and integrated with QuickBooks Pro and a complex, secure, HTML (web) based user interface. The end result was a system that greatly reduced staffing needs and ultimately a lot of money saved for the company.
Drs O'Neill, Stanger, Lapp and Nelson Smart Dolphins is well suited to serving medical offices and the Orthopedic Surgeon office of Drs O’Neill, Stanger, Lapp and Nelson has been a model client for that niche. We have moved them from an aging network architecture to a more cohesive system with greater capacity and reliability. We tackled everything from running network cable, to supplying equipment, to the installation of a backup system. To maintain the efficiency of the systems, we deliver our proactive maintenance package on a quarterly basis.
The owner of Gonzales Bay Guest House approached us to help her rent her beautiful guesthouse near Gonzales Bay here in Victoria through an online showcase of the suite. Because the website was going to be her one and only business image, she wanted something special to match the unique character of what she was offering. The result is something that we show with pride. In particular, the online floor plan and the tours have proven to be powerful marketing tools for Gonzales Bay Guest House.
Linda Lee Brougham gave us the opportunity of developing her firm’s entire office system from scratch when they moved into a new office last year. Our best results are achieved in scenarios where we aren’t faced with the challenge of integrating new technology with existing, potentially troubled technology (although, integrating multi-generational technology is something we do more often than not and with great success). For this client we started development from the ground up and built a very cohesive and complete system. From running all the required network cabling, to supplying needed equipment, installing and configuring a file server and a backup system – we did it all. The firm keeps the entire system running smoothly with our Proactive Maintenance Package delivered on a monthly basis.
