"Tembo is a national reseller of telecommunications
service. In order to process our orders we rely
heavily on SmartFax to send and receive all of
customer orders. SmartFax is an integral component
of our near-paperless office. All of my staff
can view faxes from their own station and the
faxes can then be saved into other programs such
as a contact manager. Another benefit I have seen
is the reliability of SmartFax to stay online
even under heavy loads. Our previous networked
fax solution crashed at least three times per
month. As for scalability, it is very easy to
add users as they are hired, and SmartFax supports
multiple modems should the need arise. Overall,
SmartFax is very easy to use, is scalable, reliable,
and saves paper!"
