study of the relationship that we have developed
with one of our valued clients, Vancouver Island
Powerline (VIP).
VIP was feeling alone and vulnerable, they wanted
to meet a new IT support company but were tentative
about getting involved in a new relationship.
When we were first introduced, we were both hoping
that this could become something special but wanted
to take it slow and get to know each other over
time.
Our relationship with VIP started with troubleshooting
slow systems and installing a reliable backup
solution. This proved to VIP that we could be
trusted and we felt that VIP was proving to be
excellent at working with as well. With this foundation,
we proposed a proactive maintenance contract to
VIP and they joyfully accepted.
