  • We have established a number of internal practices and culture around constantly educating and reeducating ourselves with our standard solutions. We also have Dolphins who are focused on researching and developing specific new solutions or tweaks to old solutions.
  • We love to learn and improve - it's one of our core values! Dolphins are known for reading thick technology-related books in a weekend, staying up late at night experimenting and we all like to share our war-stories (A.K.A. learning experiences) with each other.

10. What happens if I'm not happy with your service??

  • With the help of our Satisfaction Guarantee we remove the risk of dissatisfaction; on the rare occasion a client has felt underwhelmed we either correct the situation or we'll adjust the invoice accordingly to our client's perceived value.
