Did you know that in Word 2010 you can view and set all sorts of information for a document?
– Under the File menu, click on the Info tab
– In here you can set permissions on the document. For example, you can encrypt the file or lock the whole or just certain parts of the document from being edited.
– You can also prepare the document for sharing and even manage previous versions.
– There are also many informational items listed, such as word count, editing time and author to name just a few.
